1. Conclusion of the purchase contract
The purchase contract between the seller (IMPAR s.r.o., Company ID 27466086, registered office U Panasonicu 442, Staré Čívice, 530 06 Pardubice) and the buyer is created when the order confirmation is delivered to the buyer. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a portrait made to order based on the photograph and style chosen by the buyer.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Czech crowns. Shipping is added to the price of the goods according to the chosen delivery method. Payment is made online by card via the payment gateway. Goods are sent to production after successful payment.
3. Withdrawal from the contract
Since the portrait is custom-made according to the buyer's individual requirements (their own photo and chosen style), the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code.
4. Shipping and receipt
Goods are delivered by GLS and PPL carriers. The buyer is required to inspect the goods on receipt. In case of obvious damage to the packaging, the buyer informs the seller within 48 hours of receipt at info@impar.cz and files a complaint protocol with the carrier.
5. Warranty rights
The seller is responsible to the buyer that the goods have no defects on receipt. Complaints can be filed within the period set by law. The buyer files a complaint by email at info@impar.cz with a description and photo of the defect.
6. Personal data protection
The seller processes the buyer's personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Processing Act. The data is used solely to fulfill the order and is not passed to third parties except the carrier and payment gateway provider.
7. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The buyer — a consumer — has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
8. Final provisions
These terms and conditions apply in the wording shown on the website on the day the electronic order is sent. Matters not covered by these conditions are governed by the applicable Czech law.
